Job Title: IT Support Technician (Remote)
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Salary: £14 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)
Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Technician. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
Maintain detailed logs of support issues and solutions
Support onboarding and offboarding of users
Requirements:
Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
