Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (Pro Rota)
Job Type: Part-Time
Working Pattern:
* 3 full days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), or
* 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to IT support issues via phone, email, or in person
* Provide first-line support and set up devices for new users
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and software
* Monitor and maintain internal networks and cloud-based systems
* Maintain software audit records and the VOIP phone system
* Assist with legal software implementation and office IT setups
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
* Previous IT Helpdesk or support experience preferred
* Understanding of TCP/IP, Windows Server, Ms Exchange, VPN
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Awareness of GDPR and Equality Standards
