Desktop and Microsoft 365 support – setup, troubleshoot, and keep things running smoothly
Help desk – provide day-to-day support across all systems and liaise with suppliers when needed
Network and security maintenance – daily infrastructure support, vulnerability scanning (Nessus), patching, and firewall work
Hardware and software – roll out updates, manage backups, and support key banking systems
Firewalls, switches, and virtualization – exposure to Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, VMware, and more
Admin and documentation – keep inventory up to date and help manage vendor and compliance records
You'll work closely with a skilled IT team, sharing responsibilities across infrastructure, backup, and endpoint security. Great opportunity to grow your knowledge in areas like Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise networking.
