We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and applications, including Office 365.
* Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring seamless user access and security.
* Support and administer Azure environments, optimizing cloud-based solutions.
* Handle Exchange server management, ensuring efficient email communication.
* Utilize Intune for mobile device management and security.
* Administer Citrix environments, ensuring smooth virtual desktop infrastructure.
* Manage VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Configure and maintain firewall settings to protect network integrity.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and applications (Office 365).
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange.
* Experience with Intune, Citrix, and VMware.
* Proficiency in firewall configuration and management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
