IT Support Apprentice

What you'll do

As a IT Support Apprentice within our Digital X – Core Solutions Team you will :

• Provide support to ensure the operational health of the Mainframe platform covering Incident and Change for Databases, Networks or system Capacity and Performance.
• Support the Team’s activities to ensure that the platform integrity is maintained in line with technical roadmaps whilst also supporting change demands from Domains or Centres of Excellence.
• Develop logical and systematic approaches to data analysis, network management or database administration

You’ll also need:

What else you need to know

An Apprenticeship is a development programme. At NatWest we offer apprenticeship programmes for candidates who have little or no qualifications or experience in the subject of study.

If you have substantial experience or qualifications in the apprenticeship subject, you may be overqualified and not meet the programme criteria. Please make sure you have checked the FAQs before applying to ensure you meet the requirements.

Eligibility

You’ll need to have either a Higher, an Advanced Higher, an A level, HNC or HND in a STEM subject to be eligible for this programme.

Or

A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT based role
