You'll play a key role in leading the digital transformation strategy of the business, with a focus on CRM and ERP system implementation, stock management, and operational process improvement. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the business's digitalisation strategy across ERP, CRM, and operational systems
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
Optimise ERP processes including barcoding, permissions, and fleet/delivery systems
Introduce new quoting and customer service tools to improve workflow and efficiency
Line manage a small team and run regular project reviews, updates, and stakeholder reporting
