Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 4-month contract basis, working with a prominent healthcare client in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, particularly in service desk operations, and be proficient in using Intune for device management and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via the service desk.
Manage and update devices using Intune.
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improve service delivery.
Document and track all support activities in the service desk system.Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in using Intune for device management and updates.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Driving license is preferable
