About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT & Business Systems Technician to join our clients growing team. In this exciting role, you will provide day-to-day IT support while also maintaining and optimising their key business systems. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting system users, and helping to improve the tools that power our business operations. In addition, you will have a unique opportunity to lead new IT project to support our clients growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff across the organisation
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, printers, and other devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security in Microsoft 365 and internal systems
Support and maintain business-critical applications and cyber essential (e.g. ERP & HR systems)
Troubleshoot software and integration issues, escalating where necessary
Work with users to gather feedback and assist in improving system performance and usability
Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software rollouts
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar IT support or systems role
Strong knowledge of Windows & Microsoft 365
Familiarity with business systems (ERP)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
