This is a full-time, office-based position located primarily in Ipswich. While prior IT experience is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and is eager to expand their knowledge in IT. Able to take instruction then work well on the task on their own, be effective in communicating internally and externally, and develop problem-solving skill. along with the ability to handle basic IT support scenarios confidently.
