Description

Managing and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from design to completion
Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress
Preparing and presenting project updates and reports
Identifying and managing project risks
Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant regulations and standards
Promoting health and safety across all projectsProfile

A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have:

An accredited degree in surveying or construction
Strong knowledge of construction project management
Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
