Job Description Role Overview
The International Logistics Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable flow of goods across global supply routes, supporting the International Logistics Coordinator with day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative experience and a keen eye for detail.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and our forwarders to ensure that collections are made on time, to maintain our service level.
Track ETAs and update internal stakeholders on the impact to budget.
Update and maintain KPIs to track service level, costs and market trends. Review and change tactics to ensure we are continuously improving our operation.
Create all necessary customs paperwork to ensure the smooth flow of goods, relevant to the destination market.
Invoice all international orders and ensure the system reflects all known costs for month end, working closely with the Finance team.
Update customers on their inbound POs
