Job Title: Internal Site Manager – RC Frame Residential (Contract)
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea
Duration: Contract (Completion in November 2025)
Company: Busy Tier 2 Main Contractor
Project: 134-Unit, 9-Storey RC Frame Residential Block
A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to oversee internal works from 1st fix through to handover on a 134-unit, 9-storey RC frame residential development in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is a contract role running through to project completion in November 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all internal trades from 1st fix to final handover.
* Ensure high-quality finishes, compliance with design specifications, and programme deadlines.
* Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth sequencing of works and resolving any on-site issues efficiently.
* Monitor progress against programme, ensuring works stay on track while maintaining quality and health & safety standards.
* Liaise closely with the external Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors to align internal works with overall project progress.
* Conduct regular snagging, inspections, and quality checks to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations, enforcing site policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale RC frame residential projects.
* Strong understanding of internal fit-out sequencing, finishes, and quality control.
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, drive progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of working within a fast-paced environment.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
