Rowley Regis

Our client, a well-established dynamic business within the Rowley Regis area are currently seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Main job responsibilities (not limited too):
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Look for chances to offer customers higher-value or alternative products that better meet their needs (upselling and switch selling).
Help customers choose the right products by giving clear, knowledgeable advice.
Take and process customer orders, answer questions, and solve any problems quickly and professionally.
Work closely with your team to reach sales goals and help the company grow.
Person Specification:
Experience within internal sales.
Ability to work within a team.
Experience using a variety of computer systems.
Industry knowledge (desirable, to be discussed)
