IRIS Education has been named Company of the Year at the UK National MAT Awards 2023, and crowned Company of the Year (more than 12m) in the Bett Awards 2023.Role:Your role as an Internal Sales Consultant based from our offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire, will be to sell our online software to schools via an online demonstration. With a significant and intelligent investment in marketing by the company you will have a constant stream of qualified leads to compliment your own efforts.You will be speaking to warm leads and schools who you’ve cold called who have expressed an interest in the product and building a relationship with them, whilst presenting our market leading product Compliance and HR software. You will also upsell additional products and services to our clients.You will be a key member of a growing team servicing a particular geographical region from our offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will be working closely with a Regional Consultant and another consultant providing a supportive and thriving team. The PersonDesired Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for self-motivated, bright and energetic, target driven individuals accustomed to working within a team or autonomously.The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal Sales Consultant role. Experience in selling some form of web based software for schools/companies would be advantageous, however this is not essential and we would welcome proven sales people from all backgrounds who have a hunger for sales.Most important is a can do attitude and proven telesales/sales ability. Full product training will be provided.Responsibilities -Create 20+ opps a month -Cold calling and generating your own demo’s and visits for your regional consultant -Book minimum 1 MAT per week -Deliver sales presentations/demo’s to potential and existing customers -Manage full sales cycle from finding prospect, demo’ing product through to full opp management and close.-Keep CRM up to date, for prospects, opps and other essential admin etc -Set up and run networking events with support from Regional Consultants -Attend Conferences with your Regional Consultant -Lead by example, with positivity and professionalism and the right attitude-Identify specific marketing opportunities in their region, ie knowing which schools are coming together to form a MAT, schools looking to move away from LA maintained HR/Compliance systems etc
