Internal Sales Adviser

A leading UK manufacturer and supplier of engineering consumable products is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Adviser near Rochdale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation that services a wide range of industries across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will support the Internal Sales Manager and play a vital role in processing enquiries, coordinating sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries from initial costing to quotation and final order processing
*
Raising production work orders
*
Answering and resolving inbound telephone queries
*
Keeping CRM systems up to date with customer and supplier information
*
Placing stock and purchase orders with approved suppliers
*
Providing general administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Effective communicator with good decision-making and time management skills
*
Numerate with solid IT capability
*
Confident handling disputes and problem-solving
*
Willing to learn and develop within the role
*
CRM system experience is advantageous but not essential
