We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join a growing e-commerce business based in just south of Telford, as an Account Executive / Internal Account Manager. The Account Executive will work closely alongside the Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional service experience for business customers. We are looking for an ambitious and organised individual who understands the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service to grow a business with a proactive and positive attitude. The role will be working in a small team but there is scope to grow the role, take on more responsibility and progress the salary by performing well in the role. The role will be a varied position and will suit someone who likes to take responsibility and has a proactive approach.

Duties will include, but won’t be limited to:

* Processing orders and administer the e-commerce website

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact

* Utilise CRM system to record customer interactions

* Manage client accounts, ensuring all orders are processed and completed accurately and efficiently

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
