We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major Tunnelling project in their London office on a permanent basis.

Our client is becoming one of the fastest growing companies within the industry and have worked on a number of major projects across the world.
Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.

Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.

Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery.
Requirements:

Experience working as either an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies.

Strong understanding of CAD and able to review and support design drawings.

Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
Package - All in and flexible depending on Experience!
