Interim Repairs & Maintenance Contracts Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: 6 Months Day Rate: £350 | Inside IR35
Panoramic Associates is working with a London Local Authority to recruit an experienced Interim Repairs & Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works, and Minor Planned Works.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the repairs service is efficient, cost-effective, and resident-focused , with direct accountability for performance, governance, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as client lead for the 'Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works and Minor Planned Works' contract, including managing contract variations, governance meetings, and applying sanctions or financial penalties where necessary.
Oversee a £14 million revenue budget , reporting on spend, trends, and KPI performance to senior management and making strategic recommendations.
