Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Collaborating with management to identify HR needs and solutions.
Driving organisational change and transformation.
Facilitating employee development and training programs.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices.
Managing HR projects as required.
Reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
Prior experience in a strategic HR role.
Not-for-Profit experience preferable.
