Interim FP&A Manager

This role is offered on a 6-month contract, outside IR35, paying a competitive day rate. The Role
As Interim FP&A Manager, you will support the Group Finance leadership across the FP&A and reporting landscape. This hands-on position combines BAU responsibility with first-time implementation and change activity. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting consolidated monthly management accounts across multiple entities
Reviewing submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and interpreting group-level variances
Leading aspects of budget and forecast cycles, including template rollout and process design
Contributing to the design of a future-fit FP&A structure and reporting infrastructure
Supporting lender reporting through the creation and presentation of high-quality packs
Providing ad hoc analysis and insight to drive commercial decision-making
