Robertson Bell is proud to be partnering with a well-respected charity in their search for an Interim Finance Systems Project Manager to lead a pivotal systems project over the next nine months. With strong strategic vision and a commitment to modernisation, the finance team is embarking on a key systems upgrade to better serve the wider organisation – and they need a capable, credible project lead to make this happen.
In this role you will:
Take full ownership of planning, delivery, and oversight of the finance system implementation.
Develop a robust project plan, clearly defining scope, timelines, deliverables and resource needs.
Build and lead a project team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Manage risk mitigation, budgets, and quality assurance throughout all phases of delivery.
Oversee user training and lead on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure smooth project closure and handover, with clear documentation and knowledge transfer.
