About the Business
An opportunity to become an Interim Finance Manager for an 18 month contract. This job is for a global business that creates a great workplace. This contract will be on a day rate of £350 - £375 a day.
Main Duties:
As an Interim Finance Manager, your main duties include:
Accurately submit local accounts within Corporate Systems, ensuring timely completion in line with Divisional and Corporate reporting requirements via HFM/Hyperion.
Oversee Engineering Budgets, including monthly results reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and close collaboration with the Engineering Director to provide financial analysis and feedback.
Generate Engineering Program Status reports, incorporating historical and forecasted data to assess the overall profitability of development projects.
Monitor and manage free cash flow reporting while overseeing monthly Risk & Opportunities assessments.
Carry out monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Handle Quarterly Attest responsibilities, preparing Corporate Schedules for submission to Divisional Finance.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls through independent testing and completion of required procedures.
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
