There is an immediate opportunity for a Part or fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent accountant with experience of process review and documentation to join our client in Doncaster for an initial 3-6 month interim contract, there is potential for the role to become permanent.Supporting the business through a transitional period, the role will support the Head of finance and take responsibility for the development of the commercial analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities* Responsible for the preparation on weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for a variety of different business areas* Profitability analysis for various parts of the business* Commercial appraisal of projects/proposals* Support the delivery of agreed business objectives through operational KPI's* Identification of performance trends and operational insights that deliver real-time operational performance improvements* Analyse and understand dynamic forecasts* Work closely with sales, commercial, operational and other planning teams* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the business including Senior Management, operational board and main board.* Provide reports and feedback to relevant departments within the businessThe successful applicant will demonstrate the following* Analytical mind, capable of resolving issues in an effective manner* Advanced excel skills* Comfortable with working with large volumes of data* Excellent verbal / written communication skills* Experience in forecasting* Excellent time management skills* Comfortable working under pressure while completing multiple tasksCandidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
