This is a brilliant opportunity for a self-starter with solid Accounts Payable experience to join a supportive finance team and hit the ground running in a hybrid role, with occasional travel to their prime Central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of employee expenses, ensuring every claim is processed with accuracy and efficiency
Drive smooth and timely weekly and monthly payment runs that keep operations moving
Own the bank reconciliation process, ensuring all accounts are up to date and discrepancies swiftly resolved
Be the first point of contact for queries, delivering excellent internal and external customer service
Play a hands-on role in supporting month-end activities, contributing to a smooth and successful close
