Intensive Needs Support Worker Lincoln Supported Housing 3 Months 35 Per Week £19.00 LTD / £16.20 PAYE (inc hol) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people? We’re recruiting for a dedicated Intensive Need Support Worker to join a national charity’s supported housing service in Lincoln, delivering essential 1-2-1 care within a home environment. THE ROLE As an Intensive Need Night Support Worker, you will provide consistent overnight support to 1-2 young people with complex needs, helping them build independence and develop healthy routines.Key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining person-centred support and safety plans
Supporting young people with developing a positive night-time routine
Signposting to specialist services including mental health and substance misuse support
Completing regular health and fire safety checks
Maintaining the security and cleanliness of the property
Accurately recording all support sessions, incidents, and safeguarding concerns
Building trusting relationships and maintaining professional communication with external agencies
