This role is based in Aberdeen and offers hybrid working.

What you’ll do

Act as 3rd line support for Infrastructure related services
Prioritise and manage incidents
Manage and monitor event and alerts
Technical planning and implementation activities for infrastructure related projects
Identify and manage problems and perform root cause analysis
Document and peer review operational support knowledge
Maintain patch and security baselines for Infrastructure related services
Design, recommend, plan and implement Infrastructure solutions
Act as technical authority for Infrastructure services providing technical governance for change activity
Liaise with infrastructure service vendors
Participate in an on call rota
