Infrastructure & Security Engineer
Permanent - £45k-£50k + strong benefits
Location: Hybrid - Reading area
Your new company
A leading not-for-profit local accommodation company across the South UK, are currently looking for an additional Infrastructure & Security Engineer to bolster their ranks. You'll be joining one of the largest and longest established not-for-profits in the South of England that has invested 15 million into local communities over the last 5 years.
Your new role
You will be supporting the organisation across a broad variety of work, with the ability to gain a lot of different experience across multiple areas. You will be a key member of the IT & Security Engineering team, who specialises in offering support across the organisation for around 2000 employees.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical skills and strong communication skills
Strong experience in a similar role, with a wide-ranging knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, as well as VMWare and SD-WAN.
Experience with hands-on network and security engineering duties, assurance, and risk assessments
Knowledge of cloud principles, ideally Azure.
Knowledge and experience of security frameworks such as cyber essentials would be beneficial.What you'll get in return
