As a 1st Line IT Support Technician , you’ll be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across the business. You’ll provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth business operations. This role will require you to travel to sites as and when required so any successful applicant will need to be able to drive with access to a vehicle.
