Employee Assistance serviceWild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a leading client based in Andover in their search for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, this role does involve converting inbound calls into sales
Duties include:
Listening to customers and offering packages and services suitable to them
Converting each call into a potential sale
Processing payment over the phone
Dealing with general enquiries
Calling customers back if agreed
Provide empathetic customer service at all times
Ensuring customers feel valued and provide all information on servicesIdeally you will:
Have experience in a customer service or sales role
Be able to communicate with empathy
Be personable on the phone
Have worked in a fast paced environment as call levels can be high during peak times
