Job Description Implementation Manager (Contract)
Location: Hybrid – UK- Office twice a week
Duration: 6 months (initial)
Immediate Start Required
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to support a large-scale, complex transformation programme. This business-critical initiative involves replacing legacy systems and aligning a subsidiary with the group-wide technology stack. You will play a key role in planning and executing the transition, ensuring a smooth integration across multiple technology and business workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multiple strands of technical release and implementation activity.
Plan and manage implementation events across various platforms and teams.
Ensure operational readiness is achieved across all areas, including management of readiness checkpoints.
Act as the bridge between technical implementation and business readiness (e.g., communications, training, UAT support).
Support both Technology and Business teams throughout the rollout phases.
Define and document post-go-live support models and Hypercare plans.
Oversee early life support to ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
