You are also expected to support through the project lifecycle, including design verification, reconfiguration, testing, support through delivery and go-live. If you would be joining an organisation who allocates huge investment in your personal/professional development, do reach out.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation.Establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.Collaborate with the New Projects team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations.Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities.Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations.Desirable skills:A background in ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other)Expertise specifically in Admissions, Student Finance and Statutory ReportingTarget start date - as soon as possibleThe interviews will take place virtually on the W/C 2nd of september over teams.
