Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector
Location - Ramsgate, Kent
We are currently looking for a Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector to join our client's team in Ramsgate. Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the electronic and electromechanical sector, offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
Main Duties:
Dismantle hydraulic and mechanical components into their sub-components.
Conduct a range of inspection tasks, including:
Analysing technical documents.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Detecting signs of wear, damage, or corrosion on components.
Using precise calibrated measurement tools.
Completing and updating digital documentation.
Assemble hydraulic and mechanical systems and components from technical specifications, preparing them for final testing and review.
Ensure compliance with quality standards set by CAA, EASA, FAA, and company policies.
Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations or other business requirements.Candidate Profile:
Experience in mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with at least GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Excellent analytical, administrative, and organisational abilities with a strong eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
Highly organised with a proactive approach.
