Mobile Hydraulic Engineer
Essex
£35,000 + overtime
Are you an experienced Hydraulic Engineer looking to join a specialist team working with high-pressure systems and hydraulic power units (HPUs)? Alecto Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading UK Fluid Power Service provider, who are now expanding their engineering team.
This is a field-based role, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.
What's on Offer:
Basic salary up to £35,000
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Overtime

Role Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance, testing, inspection and repair of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) and related hydraulic equipment
Diagnose faults and perform system troubleshooting
Assemble and commission hydraulic systems in-house and on client sites
Prepare documentation for test reports and maintenance logs
Installations and breakdowns
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in hydraulic systems, ideally with experience working on HPUs
Solid understanding of hydraulic circuits, valves, pumps, motors, and filters
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and carry out diagnostic work
Backgrounds in plant hire, mobile or industrial hydraulics are desirable
Clean driving licence required
