Salary: £65,000 – £75,000+ + Company Vehicle + Bonus

We’re a well-established mechanical services contractor known for our practical, no-fuss approach to delivering HVAC projects. We’re small enough to stay agile and responsive, but experienced enough to take on complex, high-value work across commercial and industrial sites.

Due to continued growth and repeat business from a loyal client base, we’re now looking to bring an additional HVAC Contracts Manager into the team to help deliver a growing pipeline of work.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll manage HVAC installation projects from planning to completion. You’ll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards of quality and safety.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, backed by a close-knit and experienced support team—without being bogged down in red tape.
