HVAC Contracts Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000+ + Company Vehicle + Bonus
We’re open to offering a market-leading package for the right candidate.
We’re a well-established mechanical services contractor known for our practical, no-fuss approach to delivering HVAC projects. We’re small enough to stay agile and responsive, but experienced enough to take on complex, high-value work across commercial and industrial sites.
Due to continued growth and repeat business from a loyal client base, we’re now looking to bring an additional HVAC Contracts Manager into the team to help deliver a growing pipeline of work.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll manage HVAC installation projects from planning to completion. You’ll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards of quality and safety.
You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, backed by a close-knit and experienced support team—without being bogged down in red tape.
Your Responsibilities

Oversee multiple live HVAC projects across commercial and industrial sites
*
Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
*
Manage budgets, timelines, and quality across all stages
*
Visit sites regularly to ensure smooth delivery and address issues early
*
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to spec
*
Build long-term client relationships through clear communication and reliability
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing HVAC or building services contracts
*
A practical, problem-solving mindset
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Willing to work both on-site and from the office
