We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Team Leader to manage and support our team of HR Administrators and Officers. This role will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality HR service delivery, legal compliance, and the effective coordination of people processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Officers, providing day-to-day guidance and performance oversight.
Oversee workforce planning activities and ensure HR operational tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
Monitor and ensure compliance and consistency of employee data, aligning with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the HR Information System (HRIS), and ensure timely and insightful reporting to the HR Business Partner.
Resolve employee relations matters at the operational level, escalating complex cases appropriately and handling all issues professionally in line with employment law and company policy.
Positively contribute to the development, reputation, and continuous improvement of the HR function.
Apply up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation to improve HR processes and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
