Job DescriptionDue to our continued success and growth, we are keen to speak to Recruitment Consultants with experience within the HR market to join the business!This is an incredible opportunity to join a high performing company with incredible existing relationships across the South East within the HR space.This will be a 360 position, joining a successful team with warm clients & the opportunity to grow and develop the desk further.You must have proven experience working within recruitment, ideally 1-2 years minimum in a 360 role.Experience recruiting in HR would be a huge advantageExtensive business development, gaining new clients and maintaining existing relationshipsA strong team ethic, collaborative and supportiveAble to work independently and be a self-starterDiligent & driven to succeedWith regards to salary, we are open to a discussion on this dependant on experience and we will also be creative should someone have commission pay-outs due in the coming months.Why work for AL?We are a passionate, collaborative, supportive, diligent and outgoing group of amazing people.
