As HR Manager, you will lead the delivery of people initiatives that align with an ambitious growth strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll shape and implement people solutions that drive engagement, performance, and organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to deliver strategic people plans aligned with organisational goals
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, change management, and workforce planning
Lead initiatives across resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, and employee engagement
Use data and insights to influence decisions and measure impact across key HR metrics
Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders to build a high-performing culture

Strong generalist HR experience at a senior level, ideally within complex or values-led organisations
