Job Description HRBP
£55-60k depending on experience

We’re hiring for a FMCG manufacturing site who need a HRBP who will work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Team. It’s a busy, high performing site – no two days will be the same.

As you would expect, the HRBP role will involve:
Classic generalist HR activities.
Supporting and coaching line managers.
Partnering with the senior team on key people initiatives.
Involvement in any restructure projects.
Handling ER matters.
Driving engagement and a proactive HR culture on the site.

A confident HR generalist with an open communication style.
Engaging, able to influence and guide managers on HR practice.
A multi-tasker who can keep an eye on the detail despite working at pace when plans change.
CIPD qualified.
