Location: London (3 days in office per week, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £70,000

Hawkwood are excited to be partnering with a Premium Gaming business on a contract Human Resources Business Partner role. Our client operate some of the best known facilities in London and are a prominent brand in the premium gaming sector.

Our client are looking for a seasoned People Partner to support across 4 of their London sites. The role will offer you the opportunity to work in some big-name gaming sites, and gain experience from a super fast-paced environment. It’s a great opportunity for a Business Partner looking to bridge the gap in their current employment.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect to be doing in the role:

✅ Take ownership of the Business Partnering for 4 sites, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management etc
✅ Build robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business addressing ER with a high degree of empathy and understanding
✅ Support the business in ongoing projects, and act as a trusted advisor to the wider team
