As the HR Business Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources, including on boarding, HR policies, succession planning, workforce engagement, organisational development and providing day to day advice on staff issues.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) managementExpertise in employee relations and conflict resolutionFamiliarity with HR policies and proceduresProven track record in succession planning and talent managementUnderstanding of employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyPrevious experience in healthcare or primary care settings is a plusRelevant certifications or qualifications in HR management
