£30,000 - £35,000 DOE/FTE

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in various administrative tasks and projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations.
Description of the role:
Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and training.
Assist with employee relations tasks, including drafting communications and conducting research as needed.
Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
About you:
Human Resources qualification is desirable.
Previous experience in similar HR positions a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
