HR Advisor | Up To �35,000 PA | Office Based | Sherborne

Our client, an educational facility based in Sherborne, are looking for a Generalist HR Advisor to join their growing team. The school, founded in the late 1800's, steeped in history and educating students from nursery to sixth form, offer an excellent benefits package alongside the basic salary including:

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Familiarity with employment law
• Proficient in HR management systems and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to handle employee relations issues effectively

If you have education experience, even better. And it's important you have studied a CIPD Level 5.
