HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
We are currently recruiting for an organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave. The HR Administrator must have sound administration skills together with a knowledge of HR process & practices.
This position is office based, working full time Monday to Friday each week. Its a great opportunity to work within a friendly and professional HR team, based at our Head Office in Southampton.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, responsibilities include :
Administer offer of employment and contractual documentation, ensuring attention to detail
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
Liaison with payroll department to ensure pay administrative processes are fulfilled
Administer and track the probation / fixed term process
