Job Description HSE Manager – Up to 48k, Monday – Friday 37 hours per week\n\nCheltenham\n\nYou will work on\n\n * Follow and promote company health, safety, and welfare policies.\n\n * Develop and maintain HSE procedures and support their implementation.\n\n * Lead the ‘HSE Champions’ meetings and initiatives on site.\n\n * Mentor and develop the HSE Technician Apprentice.\n\n * Ensure the plant complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) laws.\n\n * Review and update HSE policies and risk assessments as needed.\n\n * Implement corporate HSE initiatives at the plant.\n\n * Help maintain ISO 14001 (environmental) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety) certifications, and support ISO 45001 and 50001. Assist with ASI certification.\n\n * Provide HSE support and advice to team members, whilst coaching and mentoring the management team where required.\n\n * Conduct internal audits and inspections, and track resolutions.
