We’re supporting a leading manufacturer in Forfar to recruit a Health & Safety Manager. This is a key leadership role, combining full responsibility for HSE strategy and compliance management of facilities operations. You’ll play a vital part in driving a safety-first culture, developing measurable KPIs, and ensuring the site meets – and exceeds – regulatory standards. You'll also lead a small engineering team, overseeing facilities management, PPM, and site improvement projects.
What You’ll Bring:

Significant experience in manufacturing HSE leadership

Strong knowledge of H&S legislation (NEBOSH essential)
*
Facilities or Engineering team leadership background
*
Confident communication, project, and budget management skills

A passion for continuous improvement and driving cultural change
