About the opportunity
We are looking for a GDO HR Regional Advisor (UK), for a fixed term of 12 months during a period of significant transition and change within both the business and the HR function.
You will provide a wide range of HR administrative support to the business and the wider HR function, working closely with the GDO and HR Operational teams across the UK and Poland. You will also play a supporting role in the development of regional HR processes during our transitional period to ensure we continue to deliver a first-class service to the business.
This role will be based in Glasgow and will report to the GDO HR Regional Manager (UK).
Accountabilities:
* Handle general HR enquiries from employees and managers through ServiceNow.
* Support with escalated cases from our UK Employee Lifecycle team, taking ownership of the resolution of more complex cases.
