We are seeking a dynamic and people-driven HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive strategic people initiatives across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape HR practices and make a real impact in a growing and values-led organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
*
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
*
Support and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement
*
Lead on HR projects including policy development, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing
*
Manage the HR database and ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping
*
Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational development and culture initiatives
About You:
*
CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable)
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior HR role
*
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*
Proven ability to lead HR functions and manage multiple priorities
*
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
*
Experience with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, PeopleHR) is a plus
