Join a leading UK business at a very exciting time; This is a key role providing Business Partnering support to Senior Leaders within our East Midlands business areas for a UK leading business providing multiple services across an array of sectors.
The aim of the role is to coach, train, partner and empower managers in your partnered business area and to drive forward the Groups People making the Difference Strategy.
The wide range of multi services offered by our client means that no two days will be the same and this role is about partnering teams in a variety of sectors on a continuous journey of improvement which focusses on our People initiatives and supporting operational objectives, rather than day to day administration.
Travel around local sites will be required, and is expensed.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Work with leadership teams to deliver goals and objectives aligned to the 5 Year Business Plan and the People Making the Difference strategy
Provide proactive, value-added coaching and support to the partnered service area/s on medium to long term operational people challenges and change management
Challenge, coach and influence leaders and colleagues constructively in order to drive a high performing culture and build capability and knowledge
Lead on talent and succession planning in your business areas, ensuring the 9-box methodology is effectively utilised and People Forums are constructively held.
