HR Business Partner

HRBP

£55-60k depending on experience

We're hiring for a FMCG manufacturing site who need a HRBP who will work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Team. It's a busy, high performing site - no two days will be the same.

As you would expect, the HRBP role will involve:

• Classic generalist HR activities.
• Supporting and coaching line managers.
• Partnering with the senior team on key people initiatives.
• Involvement in any restructure projects.
• Handling ER matters.
• Driving engagement and a proactive HR culture on the site.

What else are we looking for?

• A confident HR generalist with an open communication style.
• Engaging, able to influence and guide managers on HR practice.
• A multi-tasker who can keep an eye on the detail despite working at pace when plans change.
• CIPD qualified.
• Forward thinking, able to head off issues before they become issues!
• Previous experience in FMCG environments

Being an HRBP partner is always demanding in fast paced environments and requires resilience and an ability to keep on top of multiple priorities. Reacting at speed, being decisive and having the confidence to operate in manufacturing in the HR discipline - it's all in this role.
